Top 10 highest paying female jobs | talentscrew

Imagine, the fight for an equal wage for equal work, began in 1942. Since men were fighting at the front, plenty of women were asked to come to hospitals, factories, etc., to do the work. Hence, in 1942, the National War Labor Board asked employers to equalize salaries and wages, so that women could be paid the same as men for the same work. Of course, it didn't happen and with the end of the war, women were pushed back to their homes. The Equal Pay Act, which made it illegal to pay women lower rates based on sex, was finally adopted on June 10th, 1963.

However, things have been improving from the mid-'60s onwards. Hence,  nowadays, there are plenty of opportunities for good-paying jobs for women such as, for example, game developers such as Novoline.  In this text, we listed the ten best jobs for women, so if you are interested in this topic, you will undoubtedly enjoy it.
